A Rural Thursday Blog Hop #12

Baby Love!!

I found a teeny, tiny squirrel in my yard.

and can I tell you, he is just about the sweetest thing I have ever seen.

Even if you don't love squirrels, you would love this little guy.

I had my 300mm lens on, I had to pull out a little to get these pictures.

I shared some peanuts with him...

and he was one happy camper!!

So this is what's happening in my neck of the woods.
I'm sharing today with

So cute! That last shot is just perfect! I love their coloring - that tan/brown/black/gray mix....even though I'm not the biggest fan of squirrels, I so think they're pretty to look at. And I've never seen a baby!!

How cute is that. I can't believe he did not run off. The ones around here will not even let them selves be seen 2 seconds. Super cute. And such great pictures. Hope your working on the mini.

I have a love/hate relationship with squirrels. Right now, I love them because I have figured out how to keep them out of my bird feeders. This little guy sure is cute. That's where they get you though. They look cute and innocent and the next thing you know they are eating away at the squirrel-proof feeder you have up. lol. Wonderful pics!!!

We planted seed/nut bearing hardwoods at our home 10 years ago. Some day I will enjoy squirrels again :) Your photos are great. Thanks for linking.

Very fun pictures and they are magazine worthy.
When we lived in the northwest one day their was a squirrel on our lawn with 4 Quail were surround him. I didn't have a camera ready for that one.

He surely is sweet!
He does not seem bothered by being photographed at all.
